We only source the highest quality, specialty organic coffee from coffee growers around the world. Over the years Stu has built strong relationships with like-minded quality focused producers and has worked closely with growers to help improve processes and quality at the source.
Quality is important, but so is consistency of that quality. We have one of the world’s most advanced roasting systems. Roasting with infra-red elements equals more control as well as less emissions. Our computer profiling system and light specification colour testing, gives us exact repeatability, so we know every batch will be consistently delicious. Once roasted our coffee is measured, hand packed , sealed and labelled carefully to ensure that each bag is perfect.
We assess, grade and taste every delivery of green beans as well as every batch of roasted product before it leaves the roasting cave. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it.
Fresh is best! We roast every day and monitor freshness of every delivery! Our packaging might be compostable, but it still maintains optimum quality.
