Terms & Conditions - Bocky Boo Gelato Competition
Eligibility
This competition is open to individuals residing in New Zealand, aged 18 or older.
Employees of Turning Point Coffee and Bocky Boo Gelato, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, purchase a coffee from a participating Bocky Boo Gelato.
Submit your name and email address via the official signup form to validate your entry.
Competition Period
Entries will be accepted starting from Sunday 1 December 2024 and close at Midnight, Sunday 21 December 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Selection of Winners
Two winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 22 December 2024. Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
Prizes
Each winner will receive one of the two prizes on offer:
Prize 1: Chemex Brew Kit + Bag of Next Level
Prize 2: Three Origin Coffee Bundle
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Consent and Privacy
By entering the competition, participants agree to:
Be contacted by Turning Point Coffee and Bocky Boo Gelato via email for marketing purposes.
Have their name announced publicly on social media platforms if they are a winner.
Participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and will not be shared with third parties outside of this competition’s scope.
General Rules
Turning Point Coffee reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
Turning Point Coffee is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may result in incomplete or invalid entries.
Any attempt to manipulate the competition process will result in disqualification.
Liability
Turning Point Coffee and the participating cafes are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participation in this competition or use of the prize. Participants enter the competition at their own risk.
